The photograph shows overall normal signs of (storage) wear. It's complete with caption on the back. The moment (August 1942)the photo was taken Werner was Kommandeur I.Gruppe Kampfgeschwader 30 'Adler'. Werner earned the Ritterkreuz in May 1940 as Flugzeugführer 5.Staffel II.Gruppe Kampfgeschwader 30 "Adler". He earned the Eichenlaub in July 1941 and the Eichenlaub mit Schwerten in August 1942. On the photograph Werner posses with his crewmember. All highly decorated men.
The size of the photograph is 13cm*18cm. Dated August 1942.
