Ritterkreuzträger von Manteuffel Press Photo
The photograph shows overall normal signs of (storage) wear. It's complete with caption on the back. The moment the photo was taken Generalleutnant von Manteuffel was commader of Panzer-Grenadier-Division Grossdeutschland and he was visiting his troops in Raum Jassy. Hasso was a highly decorated general earning the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub und Schwerten in Februari 1944 and earning the Brillanten in February 1945.
On the photo Hasso and 3 fellow soldiers are standing in a trench. The officer on the left is also wearer of the Ritterkreuz and both him and the officer next to him seems to wear a StuG/Panzer wrap.
The size of the photograph is 13cm*18cm. Dated June 1944.
