The postcard shows overall normal signs of wear. This postcard was 1 of the total of 15 postcards who where printed for the Reichsparteitag Nurnberg 1939. However the rally was canceled and thus the postcards were not finished.
The original sheet of 15 postcards was used as backing for a printed painting of the Hungarian artist Hans Bogojevic.
When you collect all the 15 different postcards you will get the painting. See the last 2 pictures.
