Very nice and very hard to find Wehrmacht First aid kit for farriers or 'Verbandtasche für Hufbeschlagpersonal' including de strap.

The overall condition is very good. The pouch shows only some normal signs of use/wear. The leather is still supple. One side strap has a small crack. It's solid and workable, but needs to be handled with care. The pouch comes with its inlay, the often missing shoulder strap and the 'inhaltsverzeichnis' label on the inside.
The pouch is nicely maker marked 'H-Hauptner' from 'Berlin- Solingen' on the front. Very hard to find pouch.
