The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. Mostly on 1 side of the tag. Luckily everything is still good readable. It belonged to a NCO/CO who served within the Stabskompanie Luftgau Kommando Belgien(-Frankreich). This Luftgau was formed in June 1940 and was stationed in Brussels. It covered the territory over Belgium and France and from early 1944 onwards also the Netherlands.
