Rare Pre War Dutch Binoculars (14.Rgt.Art.)

Very nice and quite hard to find Dutch pre war produced army binoculars in used, but good condition.

The binoculars shows overall normal signs of use. One of the  eyecups has a crack, but all is solid in place. They are in working order, that means you can focus the lenses. The visibility is very clear. The strichplatte in the left lens is present. They are produced by Nedinsco from The Hague. The 'D.v.D' marking stands for Department van Defensie (Army Department). The marking 14.R.A. stands for 14.Regiment Artillerie. This regiment fought the Fallschirmjägers during the invasion in May 1940 in the area of Dordrecht.
The binoculars comes with a leather strap which is in supple and solid condition.
