Beautiful and very scarce 'buntmetall' performance/achievement award for U-boat shipyard workers at submarine bases on the French Atlantic coast (Lorient, Le Havre, St. Nazaire und Brest) who, among else, carried out maintenance and repairs on German submarines. The stickpin in excellent condition and complete with pin. The abzeichen is not visible maker marked (as far as we know, these were never marked).
Very very! hard to find and a must have if you are a Kriegsmarine (U-Boat) collector.
