The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a W.Vosselmann who enlisted in the year 1925 in the marine which was called the Reichsmarine (later became the Kriegsmarine). He served at the Marinestation Nordsee (N). The 'S’ means 'Seemannischen dienst'.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for Vosselmann' bloodtype.
Hard to find brass example.
