The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who was drafted in the 17.Fernsprech Ersatz Kompanie (III.Abteilung) Luftgau Nachrichten Regiment Norwegen. This Abteilung was formed from the III.Abteilung Luftgau Nachrichten Regiment 4 and was stationed in Drammen, Norway. In April 1943 the Abteilung was disbanned.
