Very nice and very rare 'Kartusche Behalter 1002' or 'Shell Transport Container 1002' for the '10.5cm Leichtgeschütz 40/42' (large calibre recoilless canon). It's in used but good and solid condition. The container comes with is lid, webbing strap and the text 'Kart.beh.1002' is for the most part still present on the side.

These guns (LG40 & LG42) were widely used by the Fallschimjägers and Gebirgsjägers due to the fact that it could be broken down into 5 loads for parachute operations or air-dropped fully assembled in a special shock-absorbing crate.
