Very nice portrait of a Wehrmacht Panzer soldier in his uniform wearing his reissued M18 helmet.

The overall condition of the photograph is excellent. Printed on Mimosa paper by 'Fotoatelier Graf' from Stuttgart. The size is 9cm x 14cm. The soldier served in a kompanie of Panzer Regiment 25. This regiment was formed in Ocotober 19367 and was part of the 7.Panzer-Division. It saw combat during the invasion of France. In Februari 1941 it moved to Germany and in May it moved to the east to prepare for the invasion of Russia. It fought in areas like, Smolensk, Wjasma and Rshew. In June 1942 it moved to France to strenghten. It was stationed in the area of Nantes and Bordeaux. In the summer of 1942 the division and its units moved further south to the area of Aix-en-Provence. It was moved to the Russia again in December of that year and fought in areas like Donez, Charkow, Belgorod, Brody, Kurland.
