The document shows overall signs of wear. It's a bit trimmed on the right edge, but for the rest its good. The award was issued to Obergefreiten Alban Nauroth on the 1st of October 1942. Nauroth served in the the 1.Kompanie Panzergrenadier Regiment 200 which was part of the 90.Afrika-Division. This division operated in Lybia, Afrika when Alban got wounded. The regiment was destroyed in MArch 1943 in Tunesia.
