The dog tag shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to Werner Czempinski who served at the Marinestation Nordsee. He enlisted in 1940. The 'T’ means 'Flottendienst (Laufbahnen XIII a und b)' which meant 'Kompaniefeldwebel-Laufbahn'.
The big 'A' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
