The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to Hubert Sistig who served at the Marinestation Nordsee (N). He enlisted in 1941. The 'E’ means 'Ergänzungsausbildung Marineartillerie'.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
