Very nice named aluminium Kriegsmarine related tag in used, but very good condition.

The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' show overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to the sailor Heinrich Fritz. Heinrich served at the Marinestation Ostsee (O). The 'S' means Seemannischen Dienst. The '38' stands for the year 1938 when Wilhelm enlisted.
Interesting thing is that he first served at Marinestation Ostsee and later switched to Marinestation Nordsee and the letter 'N' was added.
