The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the Luftwaffe Nachschub Kompanie 8/XI. This unit was formed in 1942 from the Flieger-Nachschub-Kolonnen-Abteilung-Stab 3 Belgien/Nordfrankreich and disbanned in the winter of 1943/44.
What the '116' on the tag means we don't know.
The 4x 'A' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
