The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a person who served within the Luftwaffe Munitionslager Klittlitztreben. This was a Luftwaffe ammunitions depot in the area of Kittlitztreben (today Poland).
In this case the 'A' on the tag doesn't stands for the bloodtype but it is a designation for a civilian employee of the warehouse.
