The soldbuch shows overall normal signs of wear. It's solid and complete with all pages. Erich Himmam served, with the rank as a Flieger, in the Seefliegerhorstkompanie Wesermünde. He served in Wesermünde untill june 1944 and then served for almost 6 months in Fliegerhorstkompanie Vechta. Also known as Fliegerhorst-Kommandantur A 17/XVII (Prag-Rusin). Erich was promoted to Gefreiten on 1.9.1942 and to Obergefreiten on 1.10.1943. He was hospitalized for 3 weeks in late 1942 in Marinelazarett Wesermünde for pulmonary tuberculosis. In early 1945 Erich also served in Fliegerhorst-Kommandantur A 15/XI (in Zwischenahn). The soldbuch is complete with the portrait of Erich and every page with an entrie has been scanned.
