Very nice Luftwaffe Flak visor cap in worn but overall good condition.

The overall condition of the schirmmütze is very good. It shows normal signs of wear. The fabric has no big issues. Only 1 field repair. It comes with the chin strap and the insignia. On the inside the sweatdiamond with makers info is still intact. Produced in 1937. The leather sweatband is complete and in, used but good condition. Its nicely marked with I./Fl.Rgt.7 which stands for 1st Batterie Flak Regiment 7. This regiment was formed in early 1935. In 1939 the regiment participated in the Poland invasion and in May 1940 in the Invasion of France. In June 1941 it fell under the Stabs des Flak Regiments General Hermann Göring, II Flakkorps and participated in the Invasion of Russia where it fought the rest of the war.
