The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. The Feldpostnummer L.12076 revers to Luftschutzdienst Abteilung der Luftwaffe 22. This unit was formed in 1940 as Sicherheits -und Hilfsdienst Abteilung 22. In 1942 the S.H.D. became a Luftschutz unit and it was renamed into Luftschutz Abteilung der Luftwaffe 22 and it operated in the Nürnberg-Zirndorf area.
