The bag or 'Brotbeutel' shows overall normal signs of wear. It's complete with all buttons and all (supple) leather parts. It's maker marked on the belt support strap and dated 1936. On the inside it's marked 'L.G.K.4' which stands for Luftgau Kommando 4 or Luftgau-Kommando Berlin.
Hard to upgrade.
