Nice Wehrmacht Infanterie Oberleutnant Dress Tunic or 'Waffenrock'.

The tunic shows some signs of wear, but is in good condition. It's complete with it's hand-embroidered officers breast eagle, collar tabs and oberleutnant shoulder-boards (1 board has some mothing on the back) with the Infanterie (Infantry) White ('Weiss') waffenfarbe (Piping).
The waffenrock contains 2 sets of medal loops on the left breast.
On the inside the lining is intact and the tunic is size marked, maker marked 'Reitz' depot marked 'E' and dated '1939'.
