The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who was drafted/schooled at the (Höhere) Flieger Technische Schule Berlin-Adlershof. This school was formed in 1935 as Fliegertechnische Schule 2. In July 1939 it was renamed into Höhere Fliegertechnische Schule.
