The buckle shows overall normal signs of wear. The buckle is nicely marked 'oLc' which means it was produced by 'Overhoff & Cie' from Lüdenscheid. It's complete with leather tab which is also marked bij the same maker and dated 1938. Early Heer Overhoff & Cie buckles (with tab) are hard to find.
