Both the scope as the mount are in very good condition. The lens is in working order which means you can focus it. The visibility is clear (very hard to get a good picture of it) and the '3 post reticle sight' is present. The scope is marked 'Z.F. 41/1', maker marked 'cag', which means it's produced by 'Swarovski', from 'Tirol'(Austria) and number marked '2516'. the mount is maker marked with a three letter code 'duv' which means it's manufactured by 'Berlin-Lübecker Maschinenfabrik' and it has waffentamt inspection stamp 'e/214'. It's also marked 'K98k-Zf.41' on the outside and it's marked with the letter 'm' on the inside. Overall a very nice piece which is not easy to find.
