The photograph shows overall normal signs of storage wear. It's complete with paper caption on the back. Majoor Jaap Breunese was asked by the Germans to lead the 'Nederlandse Opbouwdienst'. The N.O.D. should provide work for Dutch soldiers to prevent them from becoming unemployed after the dissolution of the Dutch army.
The photorgraph is dated 09.08.1940. The size is 13cms*18cms.
