Details

The overall condition of the drum is good. A lot of it's original paint is still present. Everything works. Nicely marked with maker code 'h.q.u.43' (Markes & Co.,K,-G.,Metallwarenfabrik u. Apparatebau' from 'Lüdenscheid'). It has a little bit grease on it, but this is cleanable with some effort. These drums where used for both the mg34 and the mg42 (see the last photo).
