Very nice and large Gebirgsjäger press photo of a Leutnant giving instructions to his soldiers.
The photograph shows overall normal signs of wear. Complete with (Spanish) caption on the back. It reads,'An officer gives final instructions to his soldiers for the installation of new passes over the rivers that carry the icy streams southwards'.
It's dated 5.08.1941. The leutnant is wearing his combat tunic and officers cap. Note the Windjacke the Unteroffizier is wearing and his Bergmutze with snowgoggles.
The size of the photograph is 22cm*15cm.
