The license shows overall signs of wear. It's belonged to Soldier Hermann Pobaschnig who served in Artillerie Ersatz Regiment 112. This regiment was formed in February 1940 in Villach, Austria and was linked to Gebirgs Artillerie units. The drivers license is complete with portrait of Hermann wearing his combat tunic.
It's dated 30 January 1942.
