Very nice Fallschirmjager related press photograph in excellent condition.

The photograph shows overall normal signs of storage wear. Complete with caption on the back that reads, 'Güste der Division'. A total of 5 fallschirmjagers can be seen. The soldier in the front, wearing a wired camouflaged helmet, is preparing some food for his fellow soldiers. Note the soldier on the left wearing a M42 wired camouflaged helmet whilst eating a sandwich/cracker. The other soldiers seems to be busy digging a defensive postition.
The photograph was taken on the 18.12.1944 in the area of Bologna, Italy. The paratroopers are member of Fallschirmjager Regiment 11. This regiment was formed in October 1943 from the II.Bataillon Fallschirmjager Regiment 6.
The size of the photograph is 12cm*18cm.
