This tailored feldbluse is made of Dutch fabric and comes with a nice dark green collar to give the uniform a luxurious look and 'Modell 36' appearance. The tunic is in used but good condition. It has a small (nicely done) repair on the left arm and some moth bites, but nothing major or disturbing to the eye.

The tunic is labeled at the neckline and left inside pocket, which tell us it was made by 'Van Daal & Meijer', which was a fashion store (1938-1973) owned by Frederik Wilhelm Meijer and Willem van Daal on Herestaat 70 (next to Hotel Frigge) in the city of 'Groningen' (the Netherlands). Attached a period photo of the store.

The tunic comes with a nice silver bullion officers breast eagle, two Kradschutzen der Panzertruppe shoulder-boards and collar tabs, portraying that the tunic belonged to a Hauptmann serving within a Kradschützen Bataillon attached to a Panzer-Division (hence the pink piping). Note that at some point the insignia was replaced by the simple fact that there is a tailor's label in the inside left pocket stating that the tunic belonged to 'Oberzahlmeister Kempel' in '1944'.

Further more, the Feldbluse comes with all of its buttons, a 2-piece ribbon bar above the left breast pocket and an Eastern Front medal ribbon attached to the second button hole.

The inside is also in used but good condition and just like the front, made out of high quality material.

Overall a very nice feldbluse and an absolute must if you have a connection with the city of Groningen.
