The tag shows overall normal signs of wear. It reads '41/94/3D.V. 31' which stands for 3.Kompanie Volkssturm-Bataillon 94 Gau Wien. This bataillon was formed on the 25th of November 1944 with 4 companies and was put into action in the area of Vienna (Wien).
Hard to upgrade tag.
