The overall condition of the tag is excellent. Complete with original strings. This particular variant of the tag was probably used by the Luftschutz for wounded civilians as there is no army info to be filled in like, Rank, Unit, etc. etc. Besides that, it would also displays very nice in a soldiers or sanitäter display, since these are not that easy to find.
