Nice 'been there' barn find pre war produced brown Wehrmacht mapcase or 'Meldekartentasche'.

The mapcase definitely shows signs of use (see the photo's). The leather is still supple and complete with all parts. Its maker marked 'Richard Ehrhardt' from 'Pössneck' and dated '1938' on one of the back straps and on the inside. Nice piece for a battle worn Luftwaffe or Heer display.
