The overall condition of the Schirmmütze is very good. The shape is exeptional! The fabric on the outside is in very good condition. The visor cap comes with its officers chin strap, a beautifull period hand-embroidered bullion visor cap eagle and a period applied silver bullion wreath with cockade. The leather sweatband is completely present and in used but very good condition. The sweat diamond is, due to wear, partial present. You can still see the outlines of the desirable maker Erel (The full marking: 'Offizier Kleiderkasse, Berlin, eReL, Sonderklasse Extra') pressed in to the lining (see the last 3 photos to compare). The size of the schirmmütze is approx. 55/56.
