The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to Christian Bosch who was born in 18 April 1878 and served within the 8.batterie Wurttembergische Landwehr Feld Artillerie Regiment 2. This regiment was formed in July 1915. It saw combat during the battles in Verdun, Champagne, Argonne and Metz.
