The bottom left is a Leutnant wearing
The top middle is a Leutnant and WW1 veteran. He's wearing the VWA in black and EK1 on his left breast pocket. Dated on the back April 1937.
The bottom middle is a Oberleutnant. He's wearing a crusher cap (Knautmütze) with aluminium insignia! Dated on the back 1939.
The top right is a Luftwaffe Flak Feldwebel.
The top bottom is a Luftwaffe Hauptmann and WW1 veteran. Wearing the WW1 VWA in black on his breast pocket and a ribbon bar above it. Handwritten message on the back and date October 1941.
