Zinc Wehrmacht Feldzeug related tag in used condition.
The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. Mainly on the right edge, but it's still rock solid. It belonged to a soldier who served within the 3.Kompanie Feldzeug Bataillon 15. This unit was formed in 1940 in Fulda and operated for the first time in east France. In late 1944, early 1945 it operated under Heeresgruppe G on the Western front and in October it was renamed into Nachschub Bataillon 813.
The 'A' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
