The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who was schooled/drafted in the 3.kompanie Bordschützen Schule 1. This schule was formed in July 1940 as Fliegerschützenschule 1. It trained the gunners for the Luftwaffe.
