The ribbon bar shows overall normal signs of wear. It's complete with working needle on the back. The ribbons are for the following medals; Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer and the 1.October 1938 Anschluss mit Prager Burg Spange. So this soldier fought in the German army during World War 1 and during the annexation served within the Wehrmacht.
