The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who was drafted or served in the 2.Kompanie Fahrtruppenschule. Which schule this exactly was, we don't know. It could be Fahrtruppenschule Hannover.
The 'B' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldiers' bloodtype.
