The pendant is in good condition. It shows normal signs of wear. Comes with string. It's a pendant which has been issued to members of the 14 (Schwere) Kompanie Gebirgsjäger Regiment 98. This regiment was part of the '1.Gebirgs-Division' and saw combat on different fronts like Poland, France, Yugoslavia, Russia, Greece, Serbia and Hungary. Not an easy to find pendant.
