The tag shows signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier that served in 1.Kompanie Sanitäts Ersatz Abteilung 1. This regiment was formed in October 1939 in Tapiau. In September 1940 the regiment moved to Prague. The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the bloodtype of the soldier.
